IELTS Speaking Lab provides IELTS preparation and speaking-practice tools for educational purposes only.

You agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials private and for any activity that occurs under your account.

Do not share your login details or allow others to use your account.

You may input ideas, responses, or other text while using the platform.

By submitting content, you grant IELTS Speaking Lab permission to use it only for improving your learning experience and for system performance optimization.

Your content will not be publicly shared or sold.

All lessons, prompts, interface designs, and other content on this platform belong to IELTS Speaking Lab.

Reproduction or redistribution without permission is prohibited.

Paid subscriptions and purchases are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers such as Paddle, PayPal, WeChat Pay, or Alipay.

IELTS Speaking Lab operates on a subscription model. You may cancel your subscription at any time; after cancellation, you will keep Premium access until the end of the already-paid billing period.

We offer a 14-day refund window for all purchases and subscription renewals. Refunds can be requested for any reason within 14 days of the purchase date. Refund requests can be submitted by emailing us at support@ieltsspeakinglab.com. After 14 days, all payments are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, access to paid or Premium features will be revoked immediately.

Prices, payment methods, and available features may change over time, but any active subscription will remain valid until its end date.

They do not represent official IELTS materials and do not guarantee any particular band score.

IELTS Speaking Lab shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

Use the platform at your own discretion and risk.

Users agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or copy platform code.
• Use automated tools or bots to extract data.
• Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

IELTS Speaking Lab is not affiliated, approved, or endorsed by any of these organizations.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law.

Both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute amicably before pursuing any formal process.

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the latest version.
